DIRECTIONS: HOW TO VIEW OUR APARTMENTS.

Most units may be viewed by picking up the keys at our rental department. Office Hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 am – 5:00 pm (4:00 pm is the last time to pick up a key), Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 2:00pm (1:00 pm is the last time to pick up a key). You will be required to leave a $20 key deposit, a credit card and show your driver’s license in order to check out a key. When a key is not available for a unit, an availability date or a contact number will be listed.

When you are interested in a specific apartment and would like to submit a $100 CASH application deposit and other documentation required (all items are listed on the last page of this rental list) then come by our office during regular office hours. Once our office notifies you that the owner has approved you as a tenant, an appointment, within 24 hours, will be made for you to sign the lease. Some units have a two-weeks free special and will be listed below. Please note that the two weeks free begins from the date of approval.
