Throughout the process, which had such a good result, you never stopped being flexible, optimistic and the "master strategist". Your common-sense approach to marketing the property was very reassuring. When I returned home from the hospital and spent several weeks convalescing, the last thing I wanted to deal with was a "parade of real estate low-balling bottom feeders" trapesing through the house; gaping at my scar as they passed my bedroom. You prevented that from happening by carefully screening potential buyers; and permitting only qualified and serious buyers to see the house.

Finally, I must thank you for having, what in my experience too few of your colleagues seem to realize, is the best approach to selling property. #8 In the spring of 1990 Wellman Realty was given the listing of my residential income building in Santa Monica. they supplied me with an in depth market analysis of rental property sales in the area. With their help we set a realistic asking price that I was quite happy with. Within 30 days they were able to find a highly qualified buyer and presented me with an offer at 98.5% of the asking price.

I have known of the Wellman group for a number of years. They do not give pie in the sky prices for listings but recommend a price that is saleable and give service. Should I need a realtor again I would call on Mr. Wellman and his organization.
